Syllabus – Computer Organization and Architecture

Computer Organization and Architecture is an important subject in computer science and engineering. This course primarily focuses on the internal operation and architecture of a computer system. It discusses digital logic circuits, computer arithmetic, memory systems, input-output structure, and processor design, among other things. UNIT – 1 : INTRODUCTION

  • Functional units of digital system and their interconnections,
  • buses, bus architecture, types of buses and bus arbitration.

UNIT – 2 : ARITHMETIC & LOGIC UNIT
